So, I voted for our "corpus delicti" too.. Looks on interim order.. It´s seems that Switzerland will have the most wonderful flag bearer in all history of the Olympic Games I think that this mision don´t be a cause danger for Stéph in this competition..?? On the contrary.. He back to competitions specially thanks for the Olympic Games.. Is there better "satisfaction",than he will selected by his followers like a flag bearer? I wish for him only the best day by day,and in this this time twice.. Hope that his comeback on competitions field will be in the name of good speed and good health... pray for happy end..

Stephane is kicking ASSegai there! The way I see it, Stephane the Sportsman steeled himself against all the odds & the vagaries of his injured body and threw his fighting hat into the 5 rings of the Vancouver Games -- in the purest spirit of the Games, in the quest of the sacred Citius, Altius, Fortius. He wants to savor everything about these games, every precious passing second, every good cheer, every moment of camaraderie among his fellow athletes, especially fellow Swiss athletes. Something tells me he wouldn't mind carrying the Swiss flag. Stephane is like no other being, and how this would affect him will be unique. I'd like to see the offer made to Stephane, which he is free to turn down (in theory anyway). For the nation of Switzerland, it will be an exquisite selection. What a story is Stephane's return? However the competition goes, it is definitely an amazing human interest story, even just so far to this date. People all over the world are intrigued and following it with great interest. What a wonderful representative is Stephane for the nation of Switzerland? He embodies the international spirit of peace and harmony. He is a wonderful spokesman for his nation, for figure skating, as well as for the spirit of The Olympic Games. He is nobility and graciousness personified. And ... let's be serious here, folks. He will be the MOST BEAUTIFUL flag bearer to be found in the history of the games! It may sound somewhat frivolous and shallow, this angle. We live in an era whose ideal is to judge people by the content of their character and not by their skin deep beauty. This is true. Yet, our time is such that in practice we glorify the most inane, trivial sort of glossy beauty, and are bombarded with the worship of the Image, relentlessly. But if you look back to the original Olympic games, you will see that this argument of mine holds water. In those times, they celebrated and worshipped beauty, youth, and strength with all sincerity, and no hypocrisy. Then as now, to look upon Beauty is a joyful thing. There is something divine in perfection of form. And in this regard our Adonis Stephane is a perfect fit. His beauty is anything but shallow. His beauty is lush, soulful, intriguing, and fascinating. I personally find it absolutely thrilling and uplifting to behold his glorious beauty. And he backs it up with content and character. -- S4

I'm at work but I almost can't go on with my work since the news was announced on the radio... I understand you very well. Since I read the news I have a stupid-stupid smile on my face. And I was actually not that excited about this idea initially (not because of superstitions, but it's still a burden a bit) and I even won't be able to see the opening ceremony, but still I'm really excited. It's like a start of a fairy tale, of the Olympic miracle, I think from this moment I got the understanding that Olympic Games are starting, now!

This is wonderful news. The greatest honor for an athlete and something he will remember for the rest of his life, probably more than another medal. His parents and family must be very proud. And it's a great reward for all the efforts, one of a kind and as special as Stephane is.
