Great report and great photos, thanks to everyone involved! Performances by Yukina, Yukari, Aliona & Robin, Stéphane, Fumie and Miki sound great. And so many other top skaters, what a cast...

Thank you so much for report, Atsuko, mr. Hashimoto, Reut and Mel! It's a real blessing to read it in off-season. It was very interesting to get to know about japanese promising juniors. And of course it was highly interesting to read about top cast. Very nice writing style too, Atsuko, just enjoyable! So Stéphane's new program, his new style was not immediately accepted... I'm more and more curious to see it...

So Stéphane's new program, his new style was not immediately accepted... pia, I think we are from that part for which "Lambiel is Lambiel whatever it is". I wonder though how it can be not passionate. I suppose (according to the music, I'm just guessing) that it should be very passionate, with a lot of feeling, but feeling which is stored deeply inside, which is shown in some kind of reserved way, but you watch and understand that inside of that person in front of you there is a storm of feelings.

Me too, I think that "Ne me quitte pas" is passionate, even very, but it's like hidden. The choreo of this program is probably quite complicated and needs to be watched several times. It's often so with Stéphane programs.

Thank you for the very intresting review. This is my favorite show of the year because of the cast and new programs that are presented. I understand the remark about passionate versus reserved. I agree that the music is introverted, more recited poetry than what Stephane skated last years: big dramatic pieces with fast thempo, distinctive themes or a lot of melodrama and projecting to the audience. It might be not for everybody's taste. I like the change of style and look forward to seeing it. "Lambiel is Lambiel whatever it is" - This was funny remark. It means Stephane is so big he can afford some creative follies and the audience will applaud anyway?

Hello everyone, thank you for reading my report.
I want to tell you something about Stephan. Once I said the "Ne me quitte pas" wasn't passionate, however, I changed my opinion.
I went to Ice Jewery 2009 in Kanazawa on June 27th and found "Ne me quitte pas" to become a very dramatic and passionate program. I didn't think the choreographer originally pland this program to be performed that way but some of my friends who loves Stephan were really happy and excited with his new performing style to this music.
Therefore, let me say "So I told you. Lambiel is Lambiel whatever it is." I hope you can understand what I mean.
