Hello members. AS mb keeps growing and growing. That makes us all very happy. But it also means we are dealing with more and more traffic issues and the board pages are taking longer to load. Therefore we decided to change our policy towards signatures allowed. Please read our >>guidelines<< for specific details. The main thing to keep an eye on is that from now on, you can only use one picture/graphic, and the GIF animations have to be limited to 50.000bytes/50KB. If you don't know what this means, assume yours is too large, and change it yourself before we are forced to remove it altogether. We have to take these steps in order to make sure we do not have to disable the signatures altogether, so we expect your co-operation. This is a non-negiotable topic. We allow you 7 days to take note of this change and act upon it, after that we will have to do it for you. Fan art guidelinesI know you've all enjoyed making fan art from photos, but the problem is that we have had a few photographers who have seen their work displayed on the message boards on Absolute Skating forums. The photographer(s) kindly asked us to ask you to delete banners and wallpapers with pictures you don't have the rights to...Please read the copyright guidelines. Although we do allow self-created signatures and avatars, and understand people having fun creating "fan-art", we also have high respect for photographers and their work, so we ask all of you to respect and acknowledge them for it.
Ask for permission to use their photos, or make sure the copyright stays visible.Full Guidelines~ AS mods

I think it's perfect but I have a little question... What's about the smileys in siggies? can we keep them? or they count like one picture

Good question Sigrid, thanks! We consider smileys as belonging to plain text, so of course they are allowed ... in a 'fair policy' matter. So let's keep that to a maximum of 3
