Found this on unseenskaters.com

5th in the long, 4th overall with a score of 173.52.

Top 4 move on, right?

To answer my own question, yes and congrats to Shaun and here's a link to an article:

Hihi everybody!

Yupyup... Easterns was up and down skating-wise.

My short the double flip cost me a lot of points because since it's a mandatory triple I got mandatory -3 from all judges.

My long the beginning was great and the ending was great, but the middle part was crap :P

Throughout the competition my footwork and spins did not get the same levels they have been getting, and I have no clue why my last spin wasn't counted in my freeskate. It wouldn't have made a massive difference in total points but I would've liked to have a chance to ask why so I can fix it before Nationals.

Either way... taking it a little bit easy this week cuz after this week it's going down to the grind before nationals so I will be training very hard.

Thanks for the insight. Do you often have the opportunity to speak to the judges or technical specialist (you can talk to them but not the caller is it? I can't remember.)?
