Stage 3 Part 1 (11:12) Stéphane about the Salsa: "It was very 'caliente' (hot). I would have liked to see the movements of the arms and the free leg a bit more elaborated. But I could feel your passion for the dance and that you enjoyed it. I think you (gesture towards the audience) agree, don't you? (18:24) Stéphane about the contemporary dance: "Wow! You made me forget where I was, what happened. It was unbelievable. Your ground support ... Your instrument, your body, is a magnificent instrument. You used it in every dimension. I loved it, I got carried away, I forgot where I was. Part 2 (11.50) Stéphane about the Rumba to Ed Sheeran 'Thinking out Loud': "I was touched. I've seen many moments of posing when you looked at each other with much love. But I expected some less posing, actually. There were quite some moments of posing where we would have expected action. Yes, it's a ballad, a very beautiful song. But I would have wished it to be more 'filled', with some more profound emotions. I love Ed Sheeran. Those moments of posing were a bit too long, in my opinion. On the other hand it was a pleasure for me to see that you enjoyed it. And, especially in your first dance, one could see your passion. Part 3 (05:40) Stéphane about the neoclassical dance to Frank Sinatra's 'New York, New York': "Well, before (note: with the first performance of this dancer, the contemporary dance) I got lost in the universe. And now I was in New York. I've seen the wind. I've seen all your potential. Thank you for this beautiful performance.

Thank you very much once again! It looks like he is really enjoying, he shines every time he is asked something and says many nice compliments.

Thank you very much once again! It looks like he is really enjoying, he shines every time he is asked something and says many nice compliments. You are welcome! According to the declaration of recording this finale broadcast should have been live broadcast. He was still at Ondrej Nepela Trophy in the afternoon. I do not know how he managed to come back in time and smile so beautifully, as if nothing had happened.

Are you sure it was finale already? Because on the last video (on 07:42) the hostess mentions "next week" and "the last place for the finale"? She also returns to this at 08:19 ("we will meet you next for last two candidates"). I might be mistaken as I'm very tired now and she kind of has this type of voice/French pronunciation which is really hard for me to "decipher". But if I'm right then they have one more recorded episode for the weekend of September 30th (when he is away - I suppose? - at junior Grand Prix). But then I'm puzzled how he will be able to come to live finale (unless it's on Sunday and not Saturday).

Coming Saturday september 30th two more candidates will be presented. The "Big Final" will take place on october 7th. But: No worries: Stéphane won't miss "Intimissimi on Ice" for this. All the shows have been recorded before, In July or August, if I'm not completely mistaken. I believe it was after his return from the 'Fantasy on Ice' shows. So, Stéphane did not have to rush to Geneva from Bratislava last saturday. He could relax ... hopefully Thank you, pianomaya, for the latest recordings! I'll translate asap. (Besides: Reut, you think Stéphane will be at Junior Grand Prix? Doesn't he have to get ready for Verona, slowly but surely?)

I understood from what pianomaya mentioned earlier that all the episodes were indeed recorded in May, but finale should be live? Not sure what this assumption is based on. Update: from the link you provided "L'aventure se terminera par une finale en direct en septembre 2018" I don't know if he will be in Zagreb, but considering that two of his students will be there, I guess he'll try to be there for them (like always, Stephane being Stephane and trying to make 100% in every job his does even if it means 100% multiple a few times ) It's not very far from Italy, so probably he will go back and forth.

I deleted the link I first gave ... because it's for 20 18 and not for now. Sorry ... I messed up. What a schedule Stéphane would impose himself - if he also went to Zagreb !! (I get exhausted by pure imagination ).

2018 indeed, I was writing this during some (boring) work meeting and even didn't notice that it's not for 2017

Stage 4 (Thank you again, pianomaya!) Part 1 (11:28) Stéphane about Laura's contemporary dance: "Bravo Laura! What a passion! And you knew how to transform your stress into 'performance'. It was amazing. Congratulations! (18:25) Stéphane about the swing- and charleston mix by Annica and Ryan: "It was very pleasant, I shared your pleasure. Really, the energy was great. I loved the initial staging. I loved the moment when rhythm changed. And you took the reins of the task, it was really fabulous. I had a great time. Congratulations to both of you! Part 2 (11:20) Stéphane to the dancer of the neoclassical dance: "Would you please repeat that look you had when you walked by over there. This piercing glance you had". (The dancer repeats it). Stéphane: "Exactly this one! Incroyable! Keep this gaze! Keep it! And don't loose yourself when you aren't quite confident. Try to re-center to stay with the confidence you have when you use this glance. Because that's where you're powerful!" (43:30) Stéphane about the urban contemporary dance: "There may have been big gaps in energy throughout the performance. But there was great acting, from both of you. And I could well see the combination between technic and interpretation throughout the piece. But then, it's true, the energy must be kept during the whole performance until the end."

If I understood correctly the idea is that they take two celebs and they ask each other questions. Also three was a part where the host asked who this is about and then some kind of quote (taken out of context). I didn't listen very carefully, but nothing new was in the parts I listened. Still it's always nice to listen to Stephane speaking French. Thank you for the link!
