some good news from Kens: Ken has a new choreographer. Lori Nichol has choreographed his programs for this year and he is enjoying working with Lori! His short is Blues by Klock and his long is a modern tango by Tangosain.
Summer training is going very well, and he has already competed twice. He was 7th at Liberty in a very strong international field, and he was 3rd last weekend in Detroit! It's his first 'real' senior medal and certainly a bonus being an international venue! Thank you for the news  Megi opened a thread about the Liberty skating competitions, and I am trying to find anything about the Skate Detroit. (the official site hasn't updated yet:( ) I am happy to hear about his first senior competitions, with so great results:) |

Also, I'd like to clarify one thing. AFAIK Ken has competed as senior at National level since 2004. My understanding is that Detroit was the first senior international competition he medalled at. |

yes, right... he competed as senior already in 2004... i was confused about the last year, when he both skated in junior and senior level:) thanks for the new link:) |

I think I have to steals Jacs answer (somewhere in Jamals board) then: "Google is the magic word"  Cos yes I know Lori Nichol, as choreographer.. I know she did some stuff for Kurt Browning in the past, Timothy Goebel and didn't she do Sale&Pelletiers 'Love Story'? ... but thats basicly it... |
