Ahh bad They are working on a new formular, more "romantic"-style, more classy. In my city there are 5 shops and one shop (the biggest) is now getting rebuild in the new style, so I am really curious! I hope that they will decide to come back in your city Vicky!

I think i can make it, but the problem will be with which marks It's perhaps difficult with all the rules and stuff, like they calculate an average mark from your last 2 years in a subject and in the Abitur you are not allowed to differ much from this mark.. very complicated and i hate this one... Don't know if you have it, too... Germans are so strict and hard in those things, something i never liked here... okay without real rules nothing works but sometimes you can just All in all it might be hard, but it can't differ so much from other countries... well, maybe other countries have only 12 years untill the Abitur, I have 13... as for my subjects: have everything besides physic, chemistry and spanish... My "main" subjects are English and History.

I'm in University right now, studying anything from the classics to physics. My declared major is Political Science, although I might declare a double major of History & PoliSci, with a business minor. Or, double major in History & PoliSci with philosophy & business minors...or triple major in PoliSci/History/Humanities, but probably the first or second options, I haven't decided for sure yet... I don't work during school, but during the summer I have to get a job. I'm hoping to get a job at a law firm, because I plan to attend law school and become a lawyer, so it'd be nice to get used to the atmosphere. I don't care if I'm a runner, I just want to be in a firm! haha.

Still stuck in school, finals coming up though, which is a HUGE relief, will do a gap year first, then go to university to study something in the direction of Russian/East European history.

In real, I have many options of studies. I'm thinking about become an architect, but I could be a painter, designer of interior decoration or something like that. I don't know stricly what I want to do in the future. Now I know it would be nice it my job would be connected with art ps: I could be a manager too. I think so...

We also have a stupid system about grades: the grades of the last 3 year count for half and the other half are the finals. You have 2 main subjects...we've so called profiles of which you can choose for Society & Culture, Economy & Culture, Nature & Health and Nature & Technics. (wieeee, this sounds way cooler in English than in Dutch ;D), I've the 3rd one with the main subjects chemistry, physics, math and biology. Next to that we also have a spare "room" for other subjects we are allowed to chose in which I take Latin and then we have a couple of subjects everybody has to take like English, Dutch etc. Ow yes: our grades are from 1-10 (1=bad and 10 = good...isn't it true that in Germany is the other way around?) In real, I have many options of studies. I'm thinking about become an architect, but I could be a painter, designer of interior decoration or something like that. Sow, you have many options I see, well..you're still young my mother would say ;D

Yes, we have 1-6 and 6 is the worst. And yes about the assignments too... then you have also to chose where you would like to write exams. We have those profiles, too, but not in all schools...
