Thanks Eva! It seems like a lot of the top skaters are having problems these first few weeks of the season... so who knows. I still like watching his LP because it's so mesmerising, even with the popped jumps. There's been a lot of media focus these last few weeks, and even today there's some stories in the Czech press, so that must be hard to push out of the mind as well. I spoke to him shortly today, and he did say that eventhough he´s not really that famous...the press keeps him so busy! and he doesn´t know how these big stars manage all that... Other than that, he´s OK, looked at it from the bright side and said that he was already better than in Oberstdorf, it was also better than last year, and he is working on getting even better...

Tomas became 3rd (I know it isn't a result to make happy dances, but I'm still so happy that he made it to the podium! It's just the beginning of the season....I'm sure that till the "big" competitions he'll be ready to show, what it means to be the current European Champion !!)!! Couldn't have put it any better And hey, it's a medal!

yeah, I think by the time of europeans and worlds it will be fine. The long program is designed to be completely awesome, just right now the jumps do not work yet. In practice I had tears in my eyes...in competition I was too nervous for that but I did enjoy it very very very much and I cannot wait to see it again and again and again heres an LP video : www.dailymotion.com/romaji/video/x73j43_verner-fs_sport

Thank you Dee!! And I feel glad that you were able to enjoy Karl Schaefer Memorial. I wept bitterly at the time of Nebelhorn Trophy, too... The thing of the match is so, but I convinced that his new LP program is splendid, and I was impressed his Tango!!
And I believe that we are able to have tears of joy at Helsinki!!!

Here's a nice commentary from FSUniverse from igniculus:
18. Tomas Verner (CZE) This tango is a real tear-jerker, I tell you. When he is ready for the season jump-wise, it will be a complete masterpiece. My heart started to beat faster while watching, it was so moving!! Very emotional and finally another serious program for Tomas, it suits him so well. Fantastic step sequences, and nice spins, the audience went crazy for him!

but I did enjoy it very very very much and I cannot wait to see it again and again and again ITA. I agree with other opinions that when the jumps are there it will be rocking! Pictures from Vienna are coming hopefully soon. I'll be having a busy school/work schedule so it may take some time. But be sure I'm working on it somehow.

I am glad the LP is such a success program-wise I´m not worried about the jumps, they will come together eventually
