Thanks for that ! I'm looking forward to Euro's too. I always save a few day's of my holiday time off work for the Euro's & World's (my family think I'm mental !). Eurosport's coverage is okay, not great. But we should see the top couples in the Ice Dance. The year after the Olympics is alway's strange with so many teams going. I'm going to miss Del/Sch & Bel/Ago & Dom/Sha. I know we always moaned about them but I still enjoyed watching them. I don't recall ever moaning about Delobel Schoenfelder. They were a great couple.

Not the best draw for the Kerrs. All their three main rivals skate in the last group.
Good luck to them though. Quality will out ...

Hey !. I did not mean that we did not like those couples but we always liked to talk about their pro's & con's. Does anyone know if the BBC Red Button is showing anything or if it's only online?. Alough Eurosports coverage is quite good for the ice dance events. It's sad that the compulsory dance has gone, I loved that. It will be strange not starting the champs with that.

Sorry I just don't get that result. Bob/Sol were very bland in places & are not as strong as John & Sinead. If they were not Russian they would not be in 2nd place. The French were really good and classy but not 4 points clear of the Brits. I really thought that John & Sinead were the best. They looked like champions. It reminded me of the Euro's in 1995 when the Finns won. Because so many other teams had retired they were allowed to shine & also stepped up a level. It's so sad the way this event was judged. Bad luck to Faeilla & Scalli. Really felt sorry for them. I would not be surprised if they withdrew from the free dance.

really makes you wonder what goes on with the judges, the russians really didnt deserve that second place.
and F/S, what was all that about ? 57 points ? and the french 66 ? ... madness really.

I really liked the Italians (minus the fall). I think the Russians in 4th place were good but are being moved up too quickly. John & Sinead's dance was new & exciting but Bob/Sol was like something from 10 years ago. I'm so gutted, I really thought this was their time.
