I went for the third time to the show and he was very good in Sursee. He was always good at dancing but this time his voice was clearer and more certain, at moderation there were more communications between him and the audience. I took then just for me a recording but because the recording was really not bad, I've cut out song parts. The pictures are from screen shot of my videos in Burgdorf. Though it is only sound, enjoy! www.youtube.com/watch?v=cy8gialWTO0 L-O-V-E www.youtube.com/watch?v=3jOT9w0RN6A Introduction of musicians & 1 plus 1 plus1 equals 3 www.youtube.com/watch?v=ejmQQDGDkQE Right Here Waiting For You and only to say...recording is always so strange. He sang much more better than this recording

Thank you for the recording, pianomaya! Such great memories.
It was a very spontaneous decision but last weekend me too, I was lucky to see "Rock Circus". Needless to say that Stéphane was AMAZING and I really enjoyed. I have now a bit of load at work, but hopefully soon I will find time to write more about my impressions from the show.

It's kind of a bit late, but after "Opera on Ice" there will be so many other impressions that it will be really outdated already. So some of my impressions from "Rock Circus". First of all I should say that in general of course, no doubt I prefer "Stephane on ice" than in his any other off ice project. Because on the ice he is absolutely unique. But in singing and in dancing (especially in singin) he is only very good. But I understand why he needs such projects: he is building his future for the time when the ice won't be his stage anymore. So in general I was glad that they invited him, but didn't plan to watch it, especially in German. But then there were photos and videos and his interviews and this project suddenly looked really cool! There was such a great energy in those videos I could see! So when by chance I suddenly could take a few days off at work I decided to come. And I'm really glad that I did it. Of course, I didn't understand much from what Stephane was saying (though part was already translated here), but even to follow his facial expressions, his intonations was really funny. And, of course, I was glad and proud when the audience laughed after his words (and they laughed quite a lot ). Stephane was absolutely brilliant, he danced better than professional dancers of the show, and he sang pretty well, especially during the evening show. I enjoyed every moment. I didn't realize how hard he works in this show, how much efforts he should put into this. As you can see there are quite a long pauses between the shows, so each time he needs to recall the words, the movements (other performers, I think, have same acts in all their shows, so they don't need to prepare them again each time). It is not easy for him as a host because he needs to follow the show closely, he is on stage every 6-7 minutes, he doesn't really have a break, he should be focused all the time. While usually in the show he has 10 minutes of before-during-after his performance and then a long time to rest. Also, his costume is really heavy (yep, I could carry it a bit ). And his boots! I have no idea how he dances in them so easily! If to talk about others in this show, of course, the level is not the one I'm "used to" (my favourite circus is "Cirque du Soleil" and I traveled to see some of their shows live). But there were some performances I really liked. Like, for example, "Inmot!on" (google them and check some of their videos) and magicians of "Sonambul" (I have no idea how they did their tricks! it was impressive!). I'm not sure if this show is "must" to see, but me personally I really enjoyed it. I'd say (if you live afar and need to take a flight to come) combine it with some other interesting things or maybe some travelling in Switzerland, as it's still not the level of AOI which fans come especially to see.

No "Rock Circus" for the French speaking part of Switzerland: So, don't miss the chance to see it in German!
