Thank you for the links, stephanie2006. In 'letemps' they write that Stéphane will hand over the medals to the young skaters in Lillehammer. And he did! Not medals though, but mascots: www.youtube.com/watch?v=jQcPlw4QnMM&t=143

Lovely, thank you ! And at the same time I wonder if I will ever get used to see him "on the other side" . Those Youth Olympic games seem to be organized seriously like the "real" Olympic games. That's nice and certainly a wonderful experience and motivation for the young athletes.

Article from "Le temps" is beautifully written. I love this journalist, Laurent Favre, he always had great materials about Stéphane. I was looking for some links connected to Turin 2006 (check lambielnews for some nostalgic photos and videos ) and I recalled this very beautiful article Laurent Favre wrote 10 years ago: absoluteskating.proboards.com/post/195324

Thank you Reut. For the old article and all your work to celebrate Stéphane's 10th anniversary of his Olympic medal on Twitter! Yes, he looks a little bit more relaxed here, "on the other side", than during the medal ceremony in Torino ... exactly ten years ago today! www.youtube.com/watch?v=OBTUfNtj-Y4 And for the occasion he got a medal too, today :

Sorry, I'm not sure the link posted here is not right? The day before yesterday, I went to 4CC, and I saw a promo video appeared Stephane, I know nothing special, but so happy and excited to see him. youtu.be/DVTeXRywbmM

Thank you, taipeifollowers! It's interesting to read (even with google translator) and I have the impression the journalists are seriously interested in Stéphane's 'expert'-opinion, about teaching and especially about Russian skaters. Rightly so, Stéphane's answers are very eloquent, I think. And he offers himself to help the Russian skaters in some aspects, if they want. So, we'll see if this will happen more often in the future . And thank you, taipeifollowers, for the lovely little video .

I just came here to post this interview Thank you, elanor! I'm really, really impressed! Not by the interview itself (nothing new and also written in quite predictable way) but by the fact that it is posted in one of the biggest Polish web portal. Really nice surprise I'm not going to translate this interview because I'm sure Google translation will do this much better than me But if anyone needs some help with translation I will gladly help.

Lovely interview, thanks for sharing, elanor. I loved the part where he talks about giving a lot but also getting a lot in return. And in general I love when journalist does his homework (but... questions about spins? really? )
