Quote from recent interview with Ilia Averbukh: - Есть ли такой фигурист, с которым Вы ещё не поработали, но которого хотели бы привлечь к Вашему шоу? Но в остальном все, кого бы я хотел, катаются сейчас у меня. soulstreet.ru/blog/ilya-averbux/- Is there a skater, with whom you still didn't work, but would have loved him/her to join your show? - More or less all were involved in different time. Of course, I would have loved to work also with Swiss skater Stephane Lambiel. He will soon collaborate with Zhenia Medvedeva, how is now preparing towards Olympic Games. I think, we will get very bright story... But the rest of those whom I wanted already skate with me. Sounds intriguing, both Stephane's work with Zhenia and Ilia's interest to get Stephane involved in his shows.

Does it mean Evgenia will come to Champéry soon to refine her program? And for Ilia Averbukh show: Stéphane already participated in an Averbukh show back in 2010, "Crystal ice" where he performed "Tell" and got kind of reward in the end. And in 2014 Ice Symphony (when Alexei Yagudin and Stéphane danced a hilarious Tango). But does Ilia Averbukh want him to take a bigger part in his show? (Stéphane's years should be longer ).

Sounds intriguing indeed Stephane also took part in Averbukh's "Ice Age" show in December 2010. As for "Crystal Ice", he got the Audience Choice Award there )

And also "Professionals Cup" in December '13. But I guess Avernukh meant being part of his recent shows which have one story the whole cast tells.

Oh, that's right I thought only about live shows for some reason. It would be great to see him skate in Russia either way (though I prefer "ordinary" shows) )

Article in Greek (!) about an interview with Stéphane during Intimissimi on Ice: www.athensvoice.gr/politismos/art/stephane-lambiel-o-mikros-prigkipas-toyI translated with google translate. Nothing new, actually. But what a - nice !!- surprise to find an article about Stéphane in Greek (as Greece is not known as a 'figure-skating-interested' nation, I would have thought). And I like the last photo of him taken in the stands of the Arena. To me it looks a bit as if it was a picture from last year, too. Not sure though?

I translated with google translate and found a lot of mistakes, so it really spoiled for me any joy that something is written about him in Greek. But the photo is really nice. I suppose the writer was there to write about fashion and all that (based on her other articles on that site), was instantly charmed by him (saw this happen many times ) and used this as an excuse to talk to him. Unfortunately she was not prepared at all and it shows. I'm sorry I sound harsh but, first, I don't like unprofessional journalist, second, I don't like when his time is wasted on interviews like this one.

Thank you for the link! It's a very pleasant interview though we have heard much of this in Verona. But it was a surprise about the rules for the next season. Stephane's counting made me wonder: it seems that some skaters do a long preparation before jumping. Is this really only 5 seconds?.. It's a bit strange for me that he mentioned Medvedeva's program. I like her, so it's nice to hear, but still... I actually was thinking it was connected to Averbukh's announcement of Stephane working with Zhenya, but since it wasn't true then the compliment was not of just diplomatic kind. Maybe he should watch some other programs to remember how many different things he is able to do?)))

I guess we're going to see a new episode of chemistry between Stephane and female singer.
