Has anyone catched this today? I only saw a bit of it and since my french isn't best I must admit I couldn't really follow all the way... They talked about his split with Peter Grütter, whom they also interviewed. *If* I understood correctly Stéphane said that it wasn't a "bad"-split, that he wouldn't be the Stéphane today without him and that he could always go back for advice. As I said, I only saw very few of it. Maybe Cél has seen this and can help? I also saw a tiny tidbit of his new programs (I think) and I liked what I saw eventhough it was only like 2-4 seconds

Yes, got to www.tsr.ch and click on "recherche" and enter "Stéphane Lambiel" There should be a video rigth at the top saying "Stéphane Lambiel prend un nouveau départ" My comp is screwing up rigth now so I am not absolutely sure if it is this, but since it's listed with the dates and at the top I'd gues it is...

I found the video but somehow it doesn't work. Anyway, Dimanche Sport will be on again at around 22.10 on TSR 2!
ETA: well it really doesn't work. Will watch it on tv...

The interview was no real big news. Stéph also said that he now had two persons who'd take care of him (Monod and Grütter); that he was very lucky... Monod said that he would be there at each and every practice, 100%... Stéph needed a change, someone who'd help him, motivate him and bring something new into his skating so he can reach the top... whatever that top might be They also asked him if he'll be in top form again in 2.5 months, for the CH championships, and he is pretty sure about that.

thanks for the "warning" Andi! as Jac said, I'm out of Switzerland now (studying in Germany for a semester), so I didn't get to see that live, and since my parents were in Paris this week-end, no chance that my mom taped it either... so I'm thankful to the TSR for putting most of its programs online!

by the way, on the TSR page, it's written "patineur VAUDOIS stéphane lambiel"!! people, don't get it wrong, it's not because he moved to lausanne (where the vaudois people live) that he's not VALAISAN anymore!!
