I've just came back from HUN nats short programme. Julia was wonderful today!Wearing black costumewith red and silver jewels,she was really pretty.And her skating!!Jumped beautiful 3lz,a 3-2 combo and a 2A. :DShe leads with 62.28(!!!!) points (TES 34.40+PCS 27.88) 2nd Hadford Katerina with 42.48 3rd Pádár Bianka with 41.18 The long programme is going to be tomorrow at 11am!

:DJuli won her 8th national title! She scored 106.28 points in free skate. Finally she got 168.56. :-*CONGRATULATIONS JULI!!

Juli has announced that she wont perform at the world championship in Los Angeles next week... Her injury recrudesced during training... So she will have one chance to grab a place in the olympic team which will be in autumn in Oberstdorf. (Nebelhorn Trophy?) :-*Wish Juli all the best,fast recovery and more strenght after that Euros and this unfortunate injury!!

I'm so sorry to hear that!!BEST wishes to Juli,most of all a speedy recovery !!!! So she will have one chance to grab a place in the olympic team which will be in autumn in Oberstdorf. (Nebelhorn Trophy?) Yes,the Nebelhorn Trophy will be the last chance to get qualified for the OCs!! I hope she'll get the "ticket" to Vancouver!!

It was so lonely without Juli's skating at the Worlds But I do hope for the best for the dear girl and wish her good recreation, some sunny holidays and dreams with fairy-tales where a tiger could invite her for a cup of coffee...

[glow=red,2,300]JULI HAS MADE IT TO HER 4TH OLYMPICS!!!!!![/glow] She finished 4th at Nebelhorn Trophy, so she could grab a spot fot the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympic Games!!! Next competitons are Skate America and Cup of Russia in the Grand Prix series!! :-*All the best for Juli to her last season!!!

After winning Crystal Skate 2 weeks ago, Julia won her 9th national title today!!! She got 171.86 points (SP 63.28 LP 108.58 ded 1) and the biggest ovation!!!She was beautiful and skated like no one else today... CONGRATULATIONS JULI!!!

The Hungarian Olympic Commitee has decided that [glow=red,2,300]JULI WILL BE THE OFFICIAL FLAGBEARER OF THE HUNGARIAN OLYMPIC TEAM AT THE OPENING CEREMONY IN VANCOUVER [/glow] on the 12 of February!!!! "I had 2 dreams.One is to be at the opening ceremony,the other is to be a flagbearer.Its a huge delight and honor that both came true,even together!!!" Vancouver will be the 4th consecutive olympic game for Julia,who after this season retires from competitive skating. "I had the opportunity to be flagbearer 2 times-in Salt Lake City Olympics at the closing ceremony and at the World Champs in Dortmund in 2004.I finished 8th at that olympics and 6th at that worlds.I've never finished better on these events so far!" She added: Hopes this honour will bring luck again to her! And she promised: She canhandle the weight of the flag which is 8kg
