I was randomly browsing our skatingfeds site and i found this:

apparently he's coming here to coach at a skating summercamp for one week that takes place here every year.
it's from the 24th of july untill the 11th of august and if I understand this correctly Gheorghe should be there for the last week.

De KNSB heeft besloten om dit jaar drie gerenommeerde buitenlandse coaches aan te trekken om ieder één week binnen het kamp als hoofddocent de lessen te verzorgen. Dit zijn (in de volgorde van de weken): Yuri Bureiko (trainer van de Britse kampioene Jenna McCorkel), Marina Kudryavtseva (trainster van de talentvolle Victoria Volchkova) en Gheorghe Chiper (vooral bekend door zijn verdienstelijke deelname aan EK, WK en Olympische Spelen, maar heeft daarnaast in Zwitserland ook nog zijn eigen schaatsschool.)
