Ok, I finally got to see it. Mille grazie Enrica ありがとう Namiki The tango is... GREAT, AWESOME, MAGICAL, BRILLIANT, SUPER-HYPER-MEGA-GIGAYou see, I'm running out of words. ;D This is a masterpiece! If watched the new program several times now and must say it truly exceeds my expectations. And like elanor I didn't expect him to be in such a good shape either. So if he can put the finishing touches to the LP and also get ready with "Summertime", then we won't have to worry about Skate Canada. About hair and costume: His hair is perfect for the performance, although in general I like guys better without any styling gel. Also his costume I like very much. Ok, some more matt leaves instead of all the sparkling ones may be even better. I love it! Chapeau Stéphane! And kudos to Antonio for the great choreography.

I also have a feeling that Poeta is better as it's just another dimension. But to think of so much time and nerve he had put into it whereas it's the jumps that are to be in the limelight of his attention now. I'd rather him focus on his 3A this year. Looking forward to the full thing too, with all the jumps and accentuation in place. The first impression is quite strong though , I do like what I have seen, twizzles - YES! And sure, it'll grow on us across the season. With this, there's something that bothers me. My concern is that the music, in terms of sync, is very demanding, like that of Carne Crude. If sync is not really there, it'll impact the overall impression. The good thing there is time for improvements.

I watched the video from Lancia Ice too, and I must say that I fell in love with his Tango instantly! Which is kind of weird because his other programs (4 seasons, Poeta, Carne Cruda..) needed time to grow on me, but this was so powerful, so dynamic, so strong and so imaginative that I enjoyed each and every second of it!! Like many of you said, I didn't expect him to be in such a good shape after reading all those articles about his injury. Ok, his jumps were a bit low, but we know he is in good hands and it will surely improve. It is so reassuring to see him in this shape at the beginning of the season! The new hairstyle is great! I don't have problems with the costume either, he really looks like a reverse-ladybug!

I don't have problems with the costume either, he really looks like a reverse-ladybug! Oh my! I thought the same thing!!! ;D ;D ;D Un milione di grazie a Enrica for the home video: amazing quality, indeed... and amazing Stéph!!! I truly appreciated his Tango: this program really suits him! It contains so much passion and energy... I'm already in love with it! Even if I'm afraid Flamenco is still my favorite one...! Perhaps I need to re watch his ex... heavy sacrifice!

And remind this: this is not the real LP, coz this was the "gala version" of only 3 minutes I can't wait for seeing the rest But I just noticed that this version is very short, only 3.20. And there weren't all jumps neither.. So wa this just a shorter version for the gala? Anyways, it brilliant. And you just don't notice the time and the jumps, it's all so well choreographed.. suddenly it's finished... After watching I can say, the first 1:30 are missing. If you hear the beginning, you can notice a piece of music, I think, it's from the end of the first part. And we know over the last years, how his programs are arrange, how he puts the elements into a program. The part with 3A and 4T3T and a spin is missing, besides three jumps (2A, 3Lz, 3S) in the part, we can see. He did these elements at torino: 2Lo CiSl 3T (here is the place for the second 4T after 2:30) 3F FSSp StSl CCoSp

Thank you for the video Lily and all other videos from Italy. We all appreciate the effort that goes into it. I like this version of the costume. I didn't like the sparkling leaves first but I must say they look very beatiful in twizzles and spins (is this what he meant ). It feels he is very insecure about the jumps, great audience supports him. The program is wanderful, I can watch it all day. I'm so greatful he wanted to show us this new program with only 2 weeks of training. This guy is amazing.

Lily, thank you for the video link! Unfortunately I am unable to play avi files on my PC and too scared to install encoders (afraid that it will make my windows vista unstable), so I'm very grateful that the video is available on youtube. I think it will take some more viewings for the program to grow on me, but so far I like what I see! Like elenor, I didn't like the shiny leaves at first but after watching the video I like the costume a lot, especially with the white shirt. He looks sparkly but still classy. leana, I agree with everything you say! I cannot wait to see the program in its entirety.

Stephane's tango from Lancia Ice is on youtube www.youtube.com/watch?v=V4SNYUqTSwk I suppose it is that one which was available on fsvid (made by enrica). those of you who have not seen it yet, enjoy:) And enrica is not happy, either! After all the requests not to post her vids on YouTube, this twerp goes ahead and posts it on YouTube. Thanks for the link, anyways, and to pianomaya for the finale vid. My thoughts on "Otoño Porteño" - I didn't like the music when I first heard it, because is so repetitive, but I just love this program! There is just so much to it choreographically - not just the twizzles but his hand movements and how he uses his entire body to interpret the music. Maybe it won't be another masterpiece at the level of "Poeta", but once he gets it down it'll be a good program for him. I'm still concerned about his jumps, however - he didn't look all that strong to me, especially in the GSA vid. The costume.... I love him in velvet but it looks like he poured glue down the front of his costume and threw himself onto a pile of leaves, then into a vat of red sequins! As far as portraying "autumn", but this is about as subtle as Joubert having "007" on his costume when he skated to James Bond music. I don't think the white shirt goes well with the rest of the costume - he should stick to black or red. You're not supposed to wear white in the autumn, anyways. sm
