Mens SP results
Group 1
Brendan Dorrian - 21.54 - 17.05 38.59
Alex Wilde - withdrew??
Nick Rigby - 25.56 - 22.75 - 47.31 - 1 deduct
Daniel King - 21.48 - 22.15 -- 43.63
David Richardson - 30.24 -- 24.20 -- 54.44
Thomas Paulson - oh Thomas 16.50 -- 24.50 -- 40.00 1 deduct?
I don't think his coach was very supportive after he skated. I am sure she sweared at him, then walked off and left him. They didn't go to KnC. I'd get a new coach for sure. Whatever methods she's using aren't working.
Thomas either singled or pulled his jumps.

I would like to make it known, for the record, Karen is a very supportive coach and certainly didn't swear after the short programme. I think the result of the free programme proves what was said was correct. On a brighter note, thanks to everyone and anyone who supported me through this season and the British Championships this year. Thomas

Glad to hear that I was completely wrong about your coach, Thomas. I don't see the bigger picture - I commented only on what I saw on the screen, and I obviously jumped to the wrong conclusion, so I apologise for that.
I hope things go better for you at the next comp. Jumps or no, you're a beautiful skater to watch.

I have found it very interesting that a skater has replied on a thread about himself, and woder that if he is logged on again he would reply to my question, do you see your self as a future british champion?. Thanking you in advance.

further to the above post:
unfortunately the bbc no longer show the british championships on the tv however I fould a news link on the bbc website of matt parr talking and skating: I was very impressed with his elevation, presence on the ice and attitude (not position, but his outlook ) with the young man who has a hernia who skated in the euros needing treatment: who is in the running for the worlds or will nisa wait until the results of the student winter games in feb in china? is there anyone in the know?
