You'e welcome! I'll try to remember more to say later. I didn't take any pictures this time. I do remember that it seems as though John is the resident door closer. Any time the rink door was left open, John was the one who closed it! Their training atmosphere looks great--best I've seen them in. Allison Reed & Otar Japaridze were skating with them as well as about 6 other dancers (and one singles skater?). Looked like it was great to be a part of the group training atmosphere and definitely a motivating way to train.

Time for me to make amends for calling you a spy, Suzie..... The official title must now be: "Sunnyskate, AS Ambassador to Sinead&John"... That sounds better, doesn´t it? Great to hear your latest report on what is going on with S&J, and the progress of their routines. It must be a great inspiration to be able to skate together with other couples as well, whether they are on the same level or not. Lucky you who have seen the FD and OD, I´m sooo looking forward to seeing them now!!! If you are sold on them I know I will be too!!!!! (........weeeell, S&J could probably just stand in the middle of the ice and wave their arms about and I would be sold on that too.....so... not so difficult for them to impress me..... )

That opening position must be soooo amazing, and I'm curious about the particular lift as well. Can't wait to see their new programs! Thanks a lot sunnyskate for posting these reports. I enjoyed reading them

I can't wait to see the OD with all the moves together! The pieces look fantastic and fun. It's definitey still early on in the season so I wouldn't expect it to be perfect yet, but it's not time to be perfect, right? They're off to a great start. I hope they get great feedback from their event coming up! Yeah, I think that sounds better.

I just remembered what Reut wrote earlier this year about John having secret ideas about the OD for this season. I wonder, Reut, was it Johnny Cash he was talking about back then, or was it something else? ? NOW you can tell us!!!! .....please.... In: Suggestions for OD & FD 09-10 on Mar 29, 2009 Reut wrote: When we talked to them in Paris John had some idea for OD. He asked me not to publish this part of the talk, 'because though he was joking but... maybe it'll be true. If they really do what he told then, this is going to be SOOOOOOOOOOOOO COOL.

.....I found a few new lines to "I´ve been Everywhere".....
I don´t know who came up with it, but it goes like this: ....
"I've been to, Glasgow, Glencoe, Cumbarnold, Abernathy, Nichorin, Och Dornin Och Connuck, Aberfeldy, Dundee, Paisley, Locherbie, Newton, Stewart, Loch Ness, Loch Long, Loch Linny, Loch Lochy, Newburgh, Jedburgh, Fraserburgh, Edinburgh, Inverary, Inverberry, Ochtamuchty. Perrrrrrrrth...."
Practise THAT, Sinead and John!!!!
;D

Now it would have been real surprising if it had said " A man (Sinead)..."

They might have reversed roles. ;-) In panto (not that I'm comparing pantomime to ice dance) in the UK for some inexplicable reason the main characters are usually played by the opposite sex. So a female might play Robin Hood, or men might play the step sisters in Cinderella, the Prince would probably be a woman. All very confusing.I saw thee OD and FD on DVD last week - at last, wooooooo. I want to see the costumes for the FD! ;D Some of the place names (the youtube video I've been everywhere, Scottish version) are spelled wrong, but I bet S&J could sing it no bother.
