I'm having fun, don't worry! I find it so amusing that Ryan and I always pick similar (or the same) music!! We (the crowd) were getting louder and louder in the footwork and you could see he was totally feeding off of it. He's looking stronger; spins are stronger, but just wasn't quite all together today.. not bad though!

Yayyy! Ryan was on yesterday! The first half of the program was just amazing! Pity about the mistakes in the later part but as a whole really good performance! Fun! Congratulations to the bronze!

You're welcome. Ryan is great with his fans and genuinely appreciates them. Someone asked him if he gets tired of this and he said no! It's just a week and then he goes home and it's normal. I think he probably enjoys the attention almost as much as those he gives it to!

Ryan's bronze at Skate America was awesome. His free skate is so much fun this year. Ryan appeared at the Friends of Figure Skating breakfast Sunday and talked about how important a solid audience response is for him while competing. It was a real pleasure to listen to him answer questions from the audience. If you haven't seen the performance, icenetwork.com has it. It was removed from youtube already.

I forgot to look into Friends of Figure Skating ahead of time and never ended up finding out info when I was there because I was SO busy with the group number practice and the event itself. Knowing that he really depends on the audience, I'm all the more happy to vocally support him! It certainly helps when he's completely hamming it up! Sounds like the breakfast was fun.
