Stephane uses every single free minute of his life, just amazing. In one day off between the shows in Lausanne and Davos, he takes Marla to have a "master class" in 3S:

Yes, crazy. He's the hardest working person. And that's what he does as "light, pre-show warm-up" : www.facebook.com/StephaneLambielCrazy, but, honestly, scares me. So easy to get injury and then serious problems. I'd rather have one year of his skating than million quads. I know my rambling is for nothing, he loves his quads, but maybe one day doesn't need it to challenge himself. Many skaters can do quads, unforgettable, unique program and the best skating just a few.

Wow!! Yes, scaring, but great at the same time! I've never seen him doing a triple-triple-triple before! Stéphane once said that if he felt he was not on top of his abilities anymore, he would quit. Of course he has a thousand other abilities and wonderful programs we admire more than his jumps. But: a triple-triple (as he does in "Sense") really adds a lot (and gets huge applauses). He needs both, maybe. But may he balance his energy and take care … !!

But: a triple-triple (as he does in "Sense") really adds a lot (and gets huge applauses). He needs both, maybe. But may he balance his energy and take care … !! Yes, I know he said it but with time people tend to see things different. Maybe it is that he wouldn't stay to underperform and disappoint himself and the audience and he sets up a very high standard for himself. In this case it is in big way about motivation, passion, he wouldn't do it for routine while having other easier opportunities to make a living and something interesting to do. Skating in shows (I don't mean reality TV shows like Russian programs) is a difficult career, very demanding. Like Kurt Browning said: "you must really love it" to have desire and discipline to train regularly with pains, younger skaters doing more "tricks", more jumps. Stephane is such a born performer and creative artist, I don't know if he could be without it or find a venue better than the ice where he can fully express himself, create everything he wants from scratch. So he still trains all the jumps to motivate himself, maybe now he needs it to keep going. And spins are also very hard on the body, maybe even more for him since he does them in every show many times.

When I saw this picture I had no idea what this means so I immediately googled it to find an explanation and here you can read quite interesting story about it. And by the way, it's not true that in Poland we throw cold water onto people in the morning on April 1st... we do this on Easter Monday and this day is called "Lany Poniedziałek" which means "Wet Monday". And I must admit that I really hate this stupid tradition Edited: I put wrong link to the story. Now it should be ok.
