Hahaha, Stéphane and his funny socks I saw your tweet with that first picture but I didn't suspect you were in Switzerland at that time. You're just as mysterious as Stéphane, reut I really, really can't wait to read your chat with Stéphane. Please don't make us wait too long because I'm dying of curiosity (especially now when you told us that it won't be related with figure skating )

OK, I won't be as mysterious and intriguing as Stéphane. So, we talked about teaching. I loved the idea of discussing quotes which was in one of his recent interviews (didn't like the quotes though, but LOVED his answers), so I've prepared some quotes about pedagogy by some famous educator and writer I respect and love a lot. And we discussed them. No need to say that Stéphane's answers were deep, thoughtful and sometimes a bit surprising too. For example (sorry, can't help teasing a bit ) he states that violence is necessary. I wanted to finish this piece yesterday, but I was too tired. Hopefully today it will ready to be sent to the editor.

Glad you had a nice vacation with your dad, Reut. The pictures of Champery are interesting - such a lovely view of the beautiful Swiss village out the windows -and of course I like the pictures of Stephane, too! I'm so looking forward to your interview, which sounds fascinating!!

Thank you, Anna! Really beautiful album, reut! Thank you so much Looking at those photos it's clear that Stéphane, Anna and Robb are sincerely dedicated to their students. At first glance you can see their commitment and great passion. Those kids are really very lucky to have such great teachers. The "Little Stéphane" (do you by chance know his name, reut?) has the same sparks in his eyes as his famous teacher

Unfortunately I don't remember that kid's name, Stéphane named him "Michael" or something like that, I am not sure. He is super cute, he smiled a lot and worked hard. He is 12 years old, if I remember correctly. He doesn't have triples yet though. All my photos from Skating School (including those on AS, but in bigger resolution, and some more) can be found here: www.flickr.com/photos/tuerush/albums/72157656532134383
