This is a very lovely piece, thanks for sharing. Here is my breif translation (feel free to correct): Stéphane talks about music. This piece is called "life in music" (probably they have series of such talks?). Under the video there is text: "More than passion, music is everything for this lover of the movement. Meet World champion in figure skating, Stéphane Lambiel in Champéry" Music represents everything for me. My first musical memories are from when I was 5-6 years old, Michael Jackson in my living room, my performances for my family, I was making my small choreographies on his music, and here comes my passion for the movement and for the music. - The first musical piece that you chose are classical pieces performed by Gidon Kremer. - I discovered him a few years ago when I was looking for musical pieces for my skaters. And I found him when I was looking for new versions of Vivaldi's "Four seasons", and I found it interesting. Myself I also skated to "Four seasons". And he combined Vivaldi's "Four seasons" with Piazzolla's "Four seasons". - Another piece, another feeling, "Woodkid" "I love you" (this one: www.youtube.com/watch?v=u-nFIo4f71g)- I was very surprised to see the version "I love you" of "Woodkid" with quintet, because we know him doing incredible things, but to see something more simple, very pure, it was quite surprising. Suddenly I watched this video endlessly, and I'm inspired not only by the music, but by the whole mise en scène, all he put there. - [didn't quite understand what he said except naming Paolo Nutini] - I had a chance to see Paolo Nutini performing live multiple times. And every time what surprised me was an energy... when he sings there is his voice, of course, but there is all his personality which he conveys. I love this kind of artists who come to convey something, who want to make us "travel". He rarely opens his eyes when he sings, so there is indeed this impression that he departs somewhere far far away, that he lives what he sings. So it's easy to depart with him during his concert. And I recommend to everyone to go and see a concert of Paolo Nutini. It is just marvelous. - And he lives his music is in a way similar to how you live your skating? - Yes, this is exactly this. The moment the music starts on the ice, you forget stress, you forget pressure, you forget what you need to do, you forget tecnical part, you simply let your heart talk.
