fruitiers, I remember reading this article though I can't remember if it was posted on here before or not. It's true, it's interesting what they say. Specifically, I took notice of the variety of things imposed on Stephane in the context of his preparation framework, like mountaineering et god knows what. It must have been a good relaxation and still beneficiary for his endurance etc.
shavit, I read this article about Mishin. Indeed, it's worth reading though it's very long. Besides the facts, there's are interesting insights in it into these men's way of thinking. The volume may divert many of us from plunging into its content, but you'd better do it. I read it in Russian, hopefully the English version is OK.

Thank you fruitiers, it's really very interesting article! About Nebelhorn Trophy and Stéphane on italian skating site www.artonice.itwww.artonice.it/?q=it/node/7307The beginning is quite poetic... (I read it with google translation) "Ci è proprio mancato Stéphane Lambiel, quel suo modo unico di scivolare sul ghiaccio, di muovere tutto il corpo in armonia, trascinandoti nella sua arte e facendoti dimenticare dove ti trovi... un ritorno tanto atteso, che non ha deluso gli appassionati."

Stephanie, thanks for the link. Normally I follow what's happening at that end but this one I missed and have just come across, winding back the pages. Last time he mentioned Tomas as one of his primary rivals and now - no mentioning of him.

Thanks, s tephanie, I have just had a look. ;D Frankly, I am being allergic to this kind of discussions with people just rattling the air not knowing much of the details. Gil-Galad seems to say reasonable things though. I prefer consulting the sources

Pia,Thanks! Everything sounds a bit more poetic being expressed in Italian. Oh yes! But everything sounds also poetic in his mother tongue, n'est-ce pas? Stephanie - these are absolutely fantastic articles. And pics are like work of art. There is written about him also on International Figure Skating Magazine's site www.ifsmagazine.com/forum/They call him continuously 'swiss star'.
