well, from what I read on FSU, Daisuke still has a little chance of being sent to Worlds. *fingers crossed*
apparently the Japanese federation confirmed Takeshi's participation, and Daisuke and 2 other skaters will compete at 4CC and the 2nd spot for Worlds will be decided then.
as for the ladies, Shizuka Arakawa and Miki Ando are confirmed, and the 3rd spot will be confirmed after 4CC too - it will be between Yoshie Onda, Fumie Suguri and Yukina Ota. that said, it's Mao Asada who finished 2nd at nationals!

me too, I want to see his LP *WELL* skated!! it could probably be one of my favorite programs of the season!

I'm so thrilled Honda is back full force! It did look very promising in Antwerp and I hope he can make it to the next Olympics. And yea for Mao placing second! I believe she's too young to compete at Worlds though, therefore one of the other Japanese ladies will get the third spot.
