I'd like to ask anyone who may wish to obtain an autograph or photograph from Sinead and John to include, please, a stamped, self-addressed envelop. Your help with this is greatly appreciated.

Mel, that only works for people in Britain... Swiss, German, American, etc. stamps wouldn't be very helpful, would they?!
(we had the same issue with Stéphane...)

(we had the same issue with Stéphane...)There is an international coupon i can buy in almost post offices, and it works as a stamp from every country. (i think its name in Hungary is international coupon stamp, its price is about 2 euros) i used it two years ago for the USA, and it worked.

Yeah, that's the only effective way to include postage from here. I know I have some and hopefully they're not outdated. (eek) Question is, how much is a stamp in Great Britain?

30p for inland, 1st class. Postage abroad is obviously more. For a standard letter about 60p approx.

Mel, it is called an "International Reply Coupon" and wherever the person sends it from it will cover the cost of the postage back to them. When you receive it, you take it along to the post office and they'll give you the amount of stamps necessary to send a standard letter airmail.

I think I understand what you're saying...
The way I know how it goes is I can get international postage and kinda have to guess the amount the person will need to send whatever they're sending back to me. I guess it is cashed in for postage wherever I send it off. ...unless they've changed it.
