eys probably because he was so tired. He said his legs felt heavy at the end and that he was very tired (read the olympic flash quotes! )

Welcome back Deedee! uhm - those pics but the photographers seem to love taking them I can understand in a way. If you are busy taking pics (and believe me it IS hard to take good ones) and you have one that is perfectly clear and fine - besides the facial expression of the skater (or the posture), it is frustrating and I can understand that from a 'professional' point of view the photo is ok and gets published. I am still working on the euro pics (yeah ) and I often have this same problem. Must say that most of the time I decide on the criterium if I would mind to get published with an expression or posture like that. If the answer is no, I don't use it. (some exceptions tho, some pics are just too good not to use ) If you are less 'involved' with the subject, as I am assuming photographers from getty images are, I can imagine you don't care about that.
