Here's Isabelle's quote from the article: Delobel/Schoenfelder skated first out of the ten couples. The 2005 European bronze medalists produced a confident performance of the Golden Waltz, scoring 36.50 points (17.20/18.60). “I’m disappointed”, Delobel admitted. “We skated well, we had to skate first, but this shouldn’t play a role. The component score was good, we lost more on the technical mark. I don’t have an explanation.”And another link: www.isu.org/Just go there and click on the story.

This is what the computer said during the live event: 4 Oksana DOMNINA / Maxim SHABALIN RUS 51.78 23.50 29.28 7.70 7.65 7.50 7.75 7.85 1.00 #6This is what it says now: 3 Oksana DOMNINA / Maxim SHABALIN RUS 52.36 24.08 29.28 7.70 7.65 7.50 7.75 7.85 1.00 #6 A higher TES score. Where did the missing elements come from? All a bit weird if you ask me, so now the Kerr's are 4th in the OD and DomShabs are 3rd.......

i believe that isa/oli's bonnie and clyde program has a large point value as a whole compared to that american entertainment show... i hate close points....(olympics..... )

CD video... www.youtube.com/watch?v=C9Qp1vOj3g8lacked the strong drum beats of the 1.2.3.waltz thing...i guess that was the factor that contradicted the "waltz feel"...perfect skating though...i dont get it...

OD news: "Delobel/Schoenfelder produced a very characteristic “Tango Volver”, completing an interesting curve lift with changes of position for her and a difficult but very smooth diagonal step sequence that was graded a level three by the Technical Panel. However, their dance spin traveled. The French Champions were awarded 57.83 points (28.30/29.53) and accumulated a total score of 94.33 points so far. “For today we’re happy to have shown a good performance of our Tango. But as Tanith said, this is forgotten already and there’ll be another competition tomorrow, and we’re very close and have to do well tomorrow to hopefully please the Russian audience.”
their spin traveled!.....i believe all ice dance teams need to improve their spins....they're so slow and bloring...except isa/oli's at the olympics (OD and FD) level 3 for footwork....they need to destroy everyone tomorrow....
