I know they arrived yesterday in Milan, but I had not heard from them yet... but Massi just called me a moment ago to say hello and to check if I was at the rink, as they're coming here to skate.... ^_^ I'm going to hug my favourite guys in maybe an hour! ^_^

As said, I met the guys yesterday at the rink... Fede arrived first while I was in a gossip session with Barbara FP, and joined in... actually she had meant to surprise me by coming unannounced, but I had to tell her that Massi had phoned me... LOL! She looked really nice, though a little frozen (it seems they've brought the cold with them, the temperatures really dropped in the last couple of days!!). Massi arrived soon after, and sat down to eat while still chatting... we had a bit of fun with the juicy gossip that Babi had gotten from Albena at the show in Moscow... After the second plate of pasta (I am always at how much he eats, LOL!) I stopped a little with Massi to talk, as I had to update him on some (not always good) news since we last met in Paris... but then it was skating time! I had work to do, unfortunately, so I confess not seeing much of them skating, but they looked really nice and I joked with Massi about how he looked so happy, beaming smiles all the time! I was downstairs in my office discussing a website with the Margaglio brothers when they finished the practice, but they came down to say hello to me (I also had to deliver some Xmas gifts from me and those a friend had left me for them) as they're flying down to Rome to spend Xmas with their families today. Gifts, hugs, happy faces examining the cookies I've baked.... and they were soon gone! I later talked to Massi in the evenig, as my friends and I were out for a Xmas dinner and we called him to say hello (I am still the only one who has actually met them!)... Now they're going to be quite busy, with shows on the 26th, 27th, 28th and 29th... we'll meet again after that!! (but I expect we'll talk on the 25th to wish each other Happy Xmas!) they'll be in Milan till Euros... so we'll surely have quite a bit of time to spend together (esp. after nationals, from Jan 4th to 7th).... random notes: Fede told me she has brought François with her... "...because Caroline wanted us to bring it to Poland!".... (that's what she said!) btw, I received my plane tickets today!! so now I only have to secure the hotel room, and I'm ok!

Thank you Paola for the updates! I'm glad that Fede remembered to bring François; that's great!! I can't wait to be in Poland; less than 1 month now Will you get to see some of their shows during the holidays? I never had the chance to thank you for the nice xmas cards! I printed them and put them on my fire place mantle with the other ones I received. Thank you!! Caroline.

Thanks for the update, and Merry Christmas to Fede, Massi and all of their fans!
I got to meet Silvia, Marianna and Emanuele at GPF, it was fun. The Italian "skating crew" is definitely one of the best and nicest in the world! I hope to meet you too in Warsaw, Paola!

Caroline. ehe eh In fact she had brought François to Paris as well, though I never saw it because she kept it in her room (but Katia saw it on her bed, it was definitely there!)... I was ;)at the fact that she said exactly that "she had remembered to bring him over to have it at Euros, or Caroline will be mad at her"... LOL! I am not going to see any of the shows they'll be skating in (though both the one in Bolzano and the one in Torino will be on tv after a few days)... apart from some random practices I might catch after the 30th, next time I'll see them skate will be at Nationals! speaking of cards... I think I completely forgot to thank you as well for the nice postcard you sent me ages ago, and for your Xmas card!! I usually do not send out cards, and receive almost none, but this year I joined a Xmas card exchange on FSU and now I have a whole bookshelf full of cards... and yours sits right in the middle!

Silvia will be coming to Warsaw too... she will be my roommate at the hotel (if we manage to book it, that is, LOL!!) and of course I'll be happy to meet as many people as possible!! Maybe when we'll be nearer the event we can exchange some contact info or organize a meet-up!
