Isa&Oli on 1st place after OD with 60.35 points!! Isa&Oli won the GPF 1st time in their carrier Their performance was just beautiful,soft and flawless. 2nd place: O.Domnina-M.Shabalin 3rd place: M.Davis-C.White 4th place: F.Faiella-M.Scali BelAgosto&Jana-Sergei withdrew from comnpetiton.

From icenetwork.com : It was the first gold medal at the Grand Prix Final for the 2008 world ice dancing champions, who had competed at the event five times previously with only one bronze medal to show for it. Even the champions were in danger of missing the competition. "I have been sick all day vomiting," Delobel said. "I never really thought about withdrawing. This is one of our last seasons and we want to give everything each time. Only if I had been a lot worse and had to go to hospital, would we have withdrawn." "Bravo to Isabelle for making it through," Schoenfelder added. "Many others would have withdrawn from the competition. It's a great joy to us to win the Final for the first time." They did take out one of their lifts. "It is very difficult and requires pressure on the abdomen and we decided it was not worth doing," Delobel explained Brava Isa! P.S.:not only she has problems during the competitons...many skaters has probs with stomach.May they eat something wrong?? |

FÉLICITATIONS ISA&OLIVIER Once again pure magic on ice .....I simply can't describe it otherwise  !!I simply adore this FD SO much,as every programme they peform  !!All my admiration to Isabelle for comepeting,although feeling pain*a big bow to her* ,she's truelly a tough girl !! P.S.:not only she has problems during the competitons...many skaters has probs with stomach.May they eat something wrong?? I tell you,there was something about korean food  ...far too many skaters affected with the same illness....really weird that this particular skaters had to 'suffer'  !! OMG,cool  !!They deseeeerve it !! Thanks for the awesome pics Yennefer !!
