Ok, I'll make a translation today in the evening. But where to put it: here or in the translation thread?

I remember a vid about Stéphane's preparation for the WC 05 in Moscow (not the one posted by pia at the beginning of this thread). It may have even been a Eurosport one, it had interviews with Peter Grütter and Salomé Brunner and was about him changing back to this coaching team and also preparing a new free programme for the championships and choice of music, etc. Does anyone remember/have this?

Thank you very much for the video, leonie! As hard as I know this video isn't in the video collections which are already posted here. But it is something which everyone who loves Flamenco should see - it's about creating this program by Antonio and Stephane in Madrid in fall 2006 2006-12-03 Sport Panorama (Flamenco practicing in Madrid with Najarro).rm 20 MB in Germanwww.mediafire.com/?mwgdmwno1zy The promised translation to this video:Anchorperson in the Studio: The newest passion of Two time World Champion is Flamenco. This traditional Spanish dance is the basis of Stephane’s new free program. And his example in this dance is the Spanish Flamenco dancer and his choreographer Antonio Najarro. And now exclusive from Sportpanorama – now you’ll see Stephane’s first practice with his choreographer in Madrid. Stephane skating, Spanish music - the voice off screen: In an skating-rink in Madrid – here Stephane Lambiel works every day hard on his new free program with his Flamenco choreographer Antonio Najarro. Everything is good, only the ice… Stephane stumbles by going out on the ice: “The ice is terrible”- Antonio agreesAntonio showing the movement: “And to the left so” The voice off screen: The practice. First – without music. Antonio:”And stick the hands together” Antonio while Stephane is drinking some water: “I want to see it one more time. With expression, still without music… This is it” Stephane and Antonio begin to dance together - the voice off screen: 2 Flamenco dancer on the ice – an attractive sight for the photographers, too. Stephane coming into a room backstage – the voice off screen: the great moment of the hard practice day – Stephane Lambiel’s new Flamenco costume made by a specialist in Madrid. Stephane tries on the costume – the voice off screen: The first trying on. Antonio: “So beautiful!” The voice off screen: it’s beautiful, but it will take some time to get used to it. A question to Antonio: Is it a costume which a Flamenco dancer could wear? Antonio: “Of course. But Stephane is a dancer. For me it is besides the technique the most important – to see on the ice a real Flamenco dancer. It would make a great difference between him and all others” The voice off screen: but Stephane doesn’t feel completely comfortable in his new costume yet. Stephane: “It’s good, elegant, it looks beautiful, but I have to try to skate in it” Stephane skating Antonio: “Breathe, breathe!....Very good! Continue!... Save the energy for the end, Steph!... Breathe, breathe!... Come on, Stephane! Go!... This is the end already!” Antonio ruffles Stephane’s hair “Very good, Stephane! Very good!” The voice off screen: Stephane following in the tracks of his Flamenco choreographer Antonio Najarro Stephane: “I saw him in Japan for the first time… And really it’s so much work! At the beginning when he showed me the movements I was thinking: I won’t ever be able to do it! Because it’s so complicated, you have to possess a very good coordination… It must be elegant, it must stay straightforward… It was too complicated for me at the beginning. But now step by step it’s better”. Stephane and Antonio walking along the square – t he voice off screen: In the center of Madrid, on La Placa di Oriente, in front of the King palace – Stephane is dancing here, too - in his mind: it’s impossible to switch over so fast after a hard practice day.… And what will the Swiss ice prince take home from this world full of Flamenco? Stephane: “The choreography, my costume, the atmosphere, the mood, much positive energy from Antinio” The voice off screen:… the energy which he will need – a nerve racking and intense season is awaiting him. That's all Sorry for the mistakes - I haven't slept for a long time

freefall, thank you for the translation! Stephane was so good in Flamenco, so natural, his every movement was so exact, so well-choreographed AND performed that I can't believe he thought he wouldn't be able to dance this. I miss Flamenco so much...
