Pia, freefall, honzule, reut - thank you all for very interesting links and a very sweet pic! Reut, of course Stephane's troubles make us worry for him . What he achieved after three weeks of training on the ice is fantastic. I'm in surprise if there are people who expected some new level at the Nationals - aren't two quads not enough? Let's see how many skaters will attempt - and do! two quads at their Nats ... I respect Stephane's strength of will and endurance to pain enormously. BTW, in 2004 he had to stay off ice for 6 weeks, then he did a good start at Euros-05 and then he came to Moscow for his first World title

Amazing photos, faelkchen. We are lucky to have you. I especially loved those from the practice and especially those with Sarah and Stephane.

@all: Thank you very much for your kind words! It is wonderful, faelkchen..... Now I don't regret so much, that I couldn't go to Basel. your quality and how you are able to capture the feeling... it's just something special. Pia, thank you so much, this means a lot. Amazing photos, faelkchen. We are lucky to have you. I especially loved those from the practice and especially those with Sarah and Stephane. Reut, I like those pictures with Sarah, too. She left the ice after that and Stéphane was alone on the ice till the end of the training. He practiced especially jumps and I think I've seen a quad toeloop (at least a try), but I'm not sure as I looked through the eye of my camera. I'm currently writing a report about World's Best on Ice, but it's German, and my English is not stable enough to translate it... Perhaps someone can help me? Then I would be able to share my impressions with you. By the way: I managed to speak with Stéphane and I gave him some prints of my photos. Thank you all for your encouraging words!

Thank you so much. It confirmed some of my suspicions regarding his condition. Found it hard to bear, but if he's bearing with it so can I. He's incredible.
