I found this: But I still don't know why this show was not announced anywhere, not on AOI official site, not on "Events" page on Stephane's official FB. Can you, please, translate his explanation? The stage was different and...?

I was at that show in Lausanne... it was at the beginning of Schindler's List and he was skating backward and skated right into the movable stage (that the pole dancer was on), which was still positioned at the far end of the rink, away from the main stage. It was kind of an awkward fall -- you could tell he was totally surprised and clearly didn't expect it to be where it was, but then (of course), he pulled it together and restored the magic. I can't quite catch what he says by way of explanation (but I'm very curious).

Thank you, Reut! Yes, strange the show was not announced anywhere. Maybe it was a private occasion? I've seen recent photos fram Tanja and Max performing, but thought they were from Zurich, Davos or so. Whatever. Nice they had some time to do skiing with Stéphane in Champéry, too ... Stéphane explaining his fall during 'Schindler's list' performance in Lausanne: He says it was 'a bit' the mistake of the people conducting the small platform (I guess he means the mobile scene of the pole dancer). He says that in Zurich the tip of the platform was turned in direction of the main stage and the audience. But this time, the platform was turned by a quarter. Normally on the straight line, he goes in direction of this (left side) angle. "But suddenly, today, this 'straight line' had an angle ... and I 'took' this angle ... and that's it" (Stéphane makes the sign of falling over). And then he had the problem that, after the next straight line, he needs the angle to put down the cape he was wearing (literally he calls it "mon rideau" = my curtain ) ... but there was no angle there. "So I was stuck here, I was stuck there ... and then I left the stage. But I stayed on the ice". ... I don't know what he means exactly when saying 'he left the scene (stage)? Was there a kind of meeting after the show in Lausanne? ... or maybe was this clip taken during the after party? Update: Have detected your comment above, berlynyc! Thank you! What was in the end then, when Stéphane placed (or tried to place) his cape?

Yes, probably that was a private show in Vallée de Joux. And, yes, I understand it was at the after party (and LOL at Stephane wearing Latvian Olympic uniform for this occasion )

I can't remember exactly what happened after he bumped into the stage, but he basically had to get his balance and then skate around the corner that was sticking out. Maybe he took off the cape while he was there, and then skated away from the stage to get back onto the "straight line" of the program. I was glad he didn't hurt himself!
