at first i wanna thank you all for beautiful photos from S&J programs!!! I like this picture i40.tinypic.com/125ggwp.jpg - full of feelings, i feel that atmosphere and secondly: [shadow=yellow,left,300]CONGRATULATIONS TO SINEAD AND JOHN!!!![/shadow] You were amazing!!! Fantastic!!! I believed you get bronze, but this year are judges very strange and unfair... You are for me the best, absolutelly number one, your free program cant be comparable with other skaters there. I couldnt breathe from start to end, its something when i only stare at you and im totally absorbed in that atmosphere, feelings, so moving, program going forward and that dynamics, wonderful! I can say i have never had such experience frome someone's program. Thank you for it!!! I was so much happy and had to still smile with you, during medal ceremony, i saw you were the most happy and everyone could see it!

I'M SO HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I was so on edge watching the free dance I almost threw up !. I really thought John & Sinead skated so well, was a bit let down it was so close as I thought they were much better than the Italians & no way was Khokhlova & Novitski that far ahead. The marking was a joke last night. I felt sorry for the 2nd ranked Italians. Also really sad that there was no mention on any sports news in the UK about our first European medal in 15 years when all Andy Murray has to do is sneeze & Sue Barker presents a 2 hour show on it !. BUT CONGRATULATIONS JOHN & SINEAD

I was furious with the BBC too. On the "Sports News" on breakfast at 7.40 absolutely NO MENTION.... I sent them a furious email pointing out that "Sport" doesn't mean "Balls" and that to not report the Bronze was outrageous.... got an apologetic email reply - basically saying the Beeb hadn't realised S&J had medalled.... and they "were looking for pictures".... then an hour later at 8.40am... a mention of it in the Sports Bulletin! Hurrah! I've sent them another email just reminding them that the Worlds are 22-29 March and that perhaps they might like one of their "Sports reporters" (I use the term loosely - "Ball Boys" would be more apt) to keep an eye on them for Headlines. .... got a reply thanking me for the heads up and mentioning that they might in fact do a "preview" of the event and the Kerrs... Double Result. Finally - watched the ID live last night and was on the edge of my seat....!! Well Done S & J. We're proud of you

I've actually sent them emails in the past on that issue (primarily asking why the euros coverage dropped to a single highlights show) but never actually got a reply, so very well done! To think of how high profile figure skating is with all the spin-off reality shows, here comes the real thing and hardly gets a mention until we all point it out!! This should be more inspiring than anything else going out on dancing on ice. Maybe in early Feb we should all start emailing out asking for more coverage

I was furious with the BBC too. On the "Sports News" on breakfast at 7.40 absolutely NO MENTION.... wow, I'm kinda susprised, you won a bronze medal. Even in the Spanish news we've heard a bit of Euros (ok, just Sokolova's injury, and Fernandez's 11th place) but that's a lot more than the past year At least they heard you And tomorrow the gala... Hi again Kilt!

It's the usual rubbish coverage from our PUBLICLY funded broadcaster. Is 90 minutes enough for 5 days of competition??

Welcome Rebs and thanks for the link - I wouldn't have known cos hubby steals TV for footie all the time. So are we not getting the gala on Eurosport today then? That'd be too much to ask I suppose.
