Isn't the intro video great?! ATS makes great use of the big screen, and I was especially impressed by the intro videos at this show. Really, every skater looked GORGEOUS in the intro. Stephane looked stunning. Found Sunday's broadcast version of "Run". www.youtube.com/watch?v=ONWCGjYDz2Y

Hello, after some time.. I had to finnish my studies, so that I am behind all the news Thank you, active members, who shared and gave together here everything about Stéphane's new performance and his shows and press conference in Asia! THANK YOUUUUU!!! I like the "One" - great precize work, but I have to admit I do not like the gold t-shirt... I am not sure, what was the role of dancers by the first time? If I saw well, they were only standing and leaving the stage.. It was pity to see them instead of Stéphane in many moments:( I prefer a version without dancers Wish you a good vacation time:)

"I'm not as pretty as Stephane, but you guys still cheered loudly for me. So kam-sa-ham-ni-da (meaning, "thank you" in Korean)." She's referring to Kurt Browning's earlier comment about Stephane - "Isn't he beautiful?" Cute.

Yes... of course we are objective Imagine 5x20 meter big screen with Stephane's face filling it... His hair flowing, a rose in hand, looking straight into you with that thick, velvety glance... It was quite a heart-thumping experience, to say the least. Then... what followed was the shirt-off action with "One". Maybe it was the contrast that let me down... Stephane is certainly very many faceted...

Then... what followed was the shirt-off action with "One". Maybe it was the contrast that let me down... Stephane is certainly very many faceted... And then followed by some backstage "nude" video from the locker-room. Yes, he can be veeery different. But I think it's fun, this is what makes him so engaging. Writing this I suddenly recalled what I wrote in the article with our first interview: Determined and serious during training, where he is giving everything he has, even during a simple run-through; nice and laughing with people he knows; freaky and beautifully weird on the video which was shown on the screen while he was skating his program "Freak like me"; interesting, reflective and attentive during the interview, he always is so different. He said once in the interview that "he is a lot of personalities". He really is! This is what makes every meeting with him, on and off the ice, so amazingly fascinating and fresh. It's been more than four years since then, and he doesn't stop surprising me. And the funny thing is that when I said this to Salomé (when we talked about "Paint It Black"), she answered: "Me too!" Isn't it amazing? There is this relatively new skating video-blog "The Skating Lesson", I don't know if you read/listen to them, but recently they talked about "All That Skate" and they mentioned Stéphane. Talked about him quite a lot actually. Their style is a bit bold and trashy, I'd say. But they were really excited about Stéphane, so maybe you'll enjoy listening (despite the style ): www.youtube.com/watch?v=S16nFE2oAw4#t=818s

I don't know him personally, of course, but he does seem to have that capacity to be able to feel many emotions in many spectrums, and more importantly, the ability to express them to an audience. At the same time, he has that unmistakable style that is just "Stephane Lambiel". That is a great artist.

That is a lot of bold and trashy talk, yes. But I do agree with many of their opinions. They're pretty entertaining. But they should really "take a bullet for you, Yuna, just to be in that show", so they can actually come to a ATS show and see for themselves that it's anything but Disney. It just proves the sad state of the North American figure skating market that still can't imagine anything beyond Disney. But they did say some glowy things about Yuna and Stephane, so I'll give them a break... Completely agree with the Lysacek/Hughes vs. Lambiel/Browning/Kwan comment. Ditto with the IJS judging system. And the things about Stephane. "I think he's the best professional skater in the world." "He was just it." "He continues to get better every year." Nicely done, Dave.
