Thank you again, reut. A pity that I don't know french, but sounds nice. Even Stephane's singing, although it's not quite straight .

Thank you reut for the information of radio program and links. I listened Stéphane was singing and thought, why did he sing otherwise? This talk was taken in the restaurant in Lausanne, am I right? So he didn’t hear any music when he sang it. o.k. then I understand, why he had an other key but his melody is not same like the music in background....why?? I searched in youtube and I found it!!! He sang this version! www.youtube.com/watch?v=shVBya9pEJYSo now I can sleep well p.s. the song on the radio broadcast was kind of this version. www.youtube.com/watch?v=KY_tWcAXEQ8

She is better live singer than on recordings (for me), I didn't care much for the album version but this one was really touching, more sad. I like very much when Stephane talks about music and his programs. I'm a bit surprised that he listens to a lot of pretty depressive music (maybe it's just his sensitivity). The second song was this one: www.youtube.com/watch?v=hSH7fblcGWMHe said it was recommended to him by young Japanese performer and he really loved it.

Here is my translation to Russian, hope Google Translate can help: lambiel-ru.livejournal.com/690788.html?thread=28854116#t28854116He said that he knows Sia because some girl who sang in skating show in Japan advised him to listen to it. And he said about Adele that he thinks she is depressive maybe, but very nice. And he sings her song a lot, few times a day, during practice, during the flights, everywhere. He also said about the song that in refrain you can hear the hope. And that love might be great but also very painful sometimes and this is what this song is about. Tomorrow is going to be an interesting day with interesting songs. I really like this project!

Thank you again, reut . And thanks for the links to the songs, pianomaya and elanor . Especially to you, pianomaya. I also wanted to know why did Stephane sing this song differently from the version that could be heard on the radio.

He said that "Ne me quitte pas" was the piece which in a way was his transition from the world of sport to the world of shows, which are very different: in the first one you have defined goals and dates, in the second one you have less borders and you need to define new goals for yourself. About Paolo Nutini he said that he really enjoyed during the concert of Paolo which was in Montreax. And he was really impressed how deep Paolo enters into the music, into his world while performing. He said that what he values the most in artist is when being on stage the artist gives everything he has. Thank you, reut. It's interesting how he always finds new aspects in something. He is not telling us quite the same things he has said before about 'Ne me quitte pas'. The same for Nutini - he is telling something similar to what he said before, but with some new nuances. I understand you. I feel a bit sad as well . But I am sure we will find out more about Stephane's musical preferences in the future - if some interviewer remembers to ask. And we already know who are the best interviewers who usually think about the most important and best questions when it comes to Stephane (pointing at you, among a few others) .

Thank you, reut. It's interesting how he always finds new aspects in something. Yes, he does, right? He always brings some fresh perspective to things. Well, I definitely have some questions for him after this program (somehow the more I know about him the more questions I have , but then I will need to publish that talk on some music site and not on the skating one. Today it was the last part, Stephane talked about Britney and Whitney. www.rsr.ch/#/la-1ere/programmes/mp3/?date=27-05-2011download.rsr.ch/la-1ere/programmes/le-journal-du-matin/2011/le-journal-du-matin_20110527_standard_mp3_9522ead8-4342-4800-a100-2c9129f66417-128k.mp3Interestinly enough while he loves Britney so much he points out all her weaknesses like, for example, not having a good voice, not following the music exactly. But still, he says, there is something about her that makes her to stand out. He also says that he loves to dance to this song, the song is good if you want to go crazy, and it's good, not always you need to be serious about everything. About Whitney he says that he and his best friend love to sing to this song very lound, and maybe it's not always exact but brings lots of joy. Thank you once again, reut . Well, now we can only wait for new videos from shows (except those lucky people who can go to the shows themselves and press conferences.

Thank you for the radio links!! It's always nice to hear Stéphane's kind and soft voice, even though I don't understand French.. so summaries are very useful One day, he could record some fairy tales or lullabies. Maybe the child of his brother could inspire him to it.. ;D

I really liked this show, the musical choice shows a lot about a person. And it was so cute how he sung along with Whitney :-)
