Oooh... I'm not sure it would make it there in time.... Is anyone going to the gala in Stockholm on April 2nd, who might want to take it? It would take only 4-5 days for it to get there, for less than half the price and people could write "Happy Birthday" messages to Stéphane. Thanks, sm Holding up the banner at his birthday . Would really love to do this, if I would have the opportunity ! And having the chance to write a "Happy birthday" messages excatly at his birthday is making this experience even more special. - Isn't it? So hope someone read swissmiss's post and volontueered for Stockholm... Looking forward to read here who will take the banner to which event in future... and what nice experiences people made round the banner.

So hope someone read swissmiss's post and volontueered for Stockholm... Looking forward to read here who will take the banner to which event in future... and what nice experiences people made round the banner. The banner is now in Prague - it took only 3.5 days to get there from Pennsylvania. I think that's the shortest time it's taken one of my banners to go from one country to another via the mail. It can go pretty fast when it doesn't get stuck in Customs. orfeana will be taking the banner to the galas in Prague, Karlovy Vary, and Nuremberg, beti will be taking it to Ostrava, and Ramani will be taking it to Krefeld. I didn't get any volunteers to take it to any of the other galas. It would have been nice to have it in Stockholm, but it's OK - I think singing "Happy Birthday"was much more special. Does anyone plan to go to both the Nuremberg and Krefeld galas, or live between these two cities? I need someone to take the banner from orfeana and give it to Ramani the next night. Please PM me if you can help out. I'll update the blog and post again this weekend. sm

I've updated my blog again with the latest news and some pictures from "Thin Ice" (thanks, kevinbw!). swissmissvids.spaces.live.com/orfeana, beti, and Ramani, please note the rule for the new signature panel - no headings, please. If you're new to the board, please consider submitting a "virtual signature" - a message to Stéphane that you write and send to me electronically for inclusion on the banner. Click here for the instructions. Kat, Orfeana is going to Nuremberg as well - lucky girl, she will get to see 3 shows So I will send the banner to her after Ostrava. If i don't get a volunteer to take the banner from orfeana and give it to Ramani, we'll have to skip Nuremberg. In that case, you would send the banner directly to Ramani. I promised her months ago she could take it to the Krefeld gala - it was originally scheduled for December. Let's see what happens between now and then, OK? Thanks, sm

We are back rom Prague and Karlovy Vary and we are very proud we got oportunity to be there as baner volunteers Stéphane was pleased.... honzule, thanks for the pics - I'm pleased as well. ;D I'm so glad that you and orfeana got to meet Stéphane and spend so much time with him! When I saw these pics, I wondered why he was writing a message on his own banner , but then I read orfeana's story. That was a great idea to have "William Tell" write a message to Stéphane! Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find anyone to take the banner from Nuremberg to Krefeld, so we'll have to skip Nuremberg. If you were planning to sign it there, I'm sorry - you can send me a "virtual signature". sm

Hi everyone! Just a quick note to let you know that the banner has made it to Germany. So the banner will be at World's Best on Ice in Krefeld this Thursday. For those of you who are coming to Krefeld and want to sign the banner, please PM me for details. Then I can leave my mobile number, in case we miss each other. But I'm gonna check locations later today to find out where the best "Meeting Point" might be. CU soon!

For everybody who is interested in signing the banner in Krefeld, I plan to be at Königpalast by around 7 pm - one hour before the show starts. You can meet me inside the arena in the foyer somewhere between the main entrances and the cloakroom. I'll be waiting at the same point after the show for those who missed me before. Just watch out for the "Swiss bag" - red bag with white crosses. CU tomorrow!

Hehe, someone has to do the picture, right? But we have another one of course with faelkchen. It's still in my camera (my dad forgot to add the transmission cable) Photo will follow tomorrow.
